Denver Wax Museum

919 Bannock Street, Denver CO, 80204

The wax museum has been created for the purpose of giving those who visit it a sense of identity with the people who have created the America of today - and more especially those who have established the Rocky Mountain Empire. . . Ours is the heritage of courage, hardship, ingenuity, and patience passed on to us by the Pueblo people of 20,000 years ago, by the plains Indians and Spanish explorers, by the mountain men and the pathfinders, by the gold seekers and the cattlemen, by the Pony Express riders and the railroad builders, by the preachers and teachers - and by the plain, ordinary people, the workers and dreamers. -From museum's description
